No cancellation of order, EXCHANGE or RETURN will be entertained, unless the item you have ordered is out of stock or we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason whatsoever and customer will receive their refund within 7 days after the order cancellation.
If an item is defective, we will replace the item once the defective item is returned to us, provided that we receive notice of the defect within seven (7) days of receipt of such defective item by you, together with the receipt evidencing the purchase made by you.
We will only entertain returns within reasonable cause. However, the items must be in good condition and accompanied with the receipt evidencing the purchase of such items. Note that only items that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in sellable condition can be returned. The item must be in the same condition that you received it. Any accompanying tags must be intact and in original packaging.
Items returned will not be refunded. Customers can choose to exchange returned item with items of equal or less value (remaining balance forfeited). Exchange can only be done at once within 7 days of receiving goods or receipts.
For exchanges of online purchases, you will bear the shipping cost in case you are not coming to our outlets. However, please note that the item may not be exchanged on the spot as it’s subject to stock availability. The return process may take up to 7 working days depending on the stock availability.
There’s two ways on exchange item either you can walk-in to any of our store or exchange within office.
The terms and conditions on changing at OUTLET:-
- You can make exchange at any of our store but it depends on the outlet stock. Different outlet has different stock which means it could be the item that you want is not there.
- The item must be in a good condition as same as like you received it included the label, tag, box, plastic.
- The item must not be used or washed.
- The exchange is within 7 days after you receive the parcel/purchased and kindly bring the receipt that had been included in your parcel for the exchange process plus the exchange can only be done at once.
- If at the time on the exchange process and there is different price/ additional price you have to add it on as we have to follow the current/outlet price.
- If the item is in sale/offer and by the time when you want to exchange the price of the item it turns to nett/current price you have to follow it.
- Customer also can make exchange on the same item or with another item on the same price or more.
The terms and conditions on changing at OFFICE:-
- You have to courier/send the old item to our office included with the receipt. We shall not responsible for any damage/missing during the delivery to us.
- The item must be sent in good condition. Example, the plastic/box of the item must be cover or put in the plastic as we want the plastic/box in good condition without any defect. If we receive the plastic/box in defect condition the exchange process will be CANCEL IMMEDIATTELY.
- The item must be in a good condition as same as like you received it included the label, tag, box, plastic.
- The exchange is within 7 days after you receive the parcel/purchased and the exchange can only be done at once.
- There’s courier fee charging for the new item to be send to your address.
- Customer also can make exchange on the same item or with another item on the same price or more.
